FRIDAY AUGUST 21 2009
* I will write about my adventures in seoul in another blog. Will update this Singapore blog before attempting to update my seoul blog.*
21 August night around 9pm to 10.30pm, the plane touched down smoothly at changi airport. Can't believe I have actually made it back to Singapore. This time, the flight back home was so much better compared to the flight to Seoul. There was just a little bit of turbulence and I slept much better. And it is amazing that i feel so much better on the plane when i am using my laptop and consuming a lot of sweets.
^_^.
My carry-on luggage-(my 2 bags, precious umbrella and row of posters) were just all with me.at my seat so I was quite ready to leave the plane. I am so glad my backpack was lighter. Now I realised I can get sick because of carrying heavy bag for a very long time. We walked out of the plane, onto the sheltered link to the transit mall. Each of us got one luggage trolley and was pushing it to the check-in baggage pick up area.
It is kinda hard to recognise one of my check-in baggage and I just let it pass by. My poor luggage was "mummified" because it was spoilt on the way to Incheon airport. (T_T)I didn't know the check-in baggage pick up area was so near the waiting area. haha. I saw my family standing there waiting but they couldn't recognise me since I was wearing a cap (I don't like to wear caps at all) and a banc t-shirt (which i bought in seoul). I keep waving to them but they didn't respond. It is until a few minutes later, then they noticed me.
Greeted my family with a big wide smile. What I first noticed was they had cut their hair. Usually, they don't have hair cuts at the same time. haha...
Then, we pushed the trolley to the car park and started on our way back home.
I forgot my father's car was changed to a new one. Oh no, my memories are still stuck at many months ago. (>_<)
A very weird feeling on my first night back in Singapore. I felt a slight jolt as though I had just been teleported back.
Thank goodness all the way back, no one noticed me. I made it back home but i feel something is different with the house as though i have been teleported to a few years back. It wasn't as though I have been away for years, just close to 2 months.
I unpacked some of the important things especially the food. Whew, I hope the food i brought back are still fresh. I went to my room and everything was covered with newspapers to prevent the dust and everything on the shelf.
Some of my shelves were cleared so it felt like a new room again. I went to bathe, watched a bit of tv and went to sleep on my comfy bed. Finally, I can sleep with my bolster!!
Ahh...home sweet home! ^_^
SATURDAY AUGUST 22 2009
Haha, finally a day to stay at home and rest.
My first nightmare started. I can't remember what happened but it was so terrible that I tried very hard to wake up but I couldn't.The nightmare kept dragging me in.
SUNDAY AUGUST 23 2009
stay at home and rest again.
The psychology that i have studied said that it takes 1 day to get used to 1 hour time zone change.
Janice's 21st birthday party at lakeshore condominium and condominiums are expensive. haha The function rooms are special compared to other typical function rooms. It looks more like someone's apartment instead of a function room. And they even have karaoke room!! haha
Then I went back home to get my best friend's stuff and my parents sent me to my best friend's house to pass her stuff.
Lastly, we went to my aunt's house since it is nearby.
I was so tired that I slept at 8.30pm and woke up at 10am the next day.
I had a terrible nightmare. How can I be having nightmares when I am sleeping in a much better bed with my bolster compared to sleeping without a bolster back in seoul? It was many dreams combined in a night's sleep.
I kept dreaming I had injections on my right arm in every subdream. The last injection was so terrible because the unknown person kept jabbing the needle in hard and he said that the needle can't get through the skin so he was pushing it. Ouch!!! Got this feeling of shi qu huo lai. Really painful!
Then another scene I can still remember was that I was in this barren land with a guy ( a bit of familiarity but I don't really know who he is, blurry state) and there were a lot of big sized rubbles in messy rows. If I didn't look closely, I wouldn't have known the big sized rubbles are actually grave urns and there are bones inside. But some bones are spilled out onto the barren land. The barren land was flat-weren't any deep holes. I remembered all we had to do was take out the bones and passed it to some authorities. Then the guy I was with had an idea. Right in front of us, we happened to have one complete set of bones with an ancient cap from the dynasty years ago. He said- why not we give this complete set to the authorities and maybe we will get much more reward and praise? I agreed. I didn't see that the bones were transported away but after a while later, I was so tired and beside the grave urn, there happened to be like a long mat for me to lie on. I wanted to sleep but I couldn't very well go to sleep. So I requested him to sing me a lullaby and drifted to sleep.
Another scene I could remember was I was in a shabby old building and in front of a row of taps just like those in school canteens. And I was washing my hands. Beside me, was a guy washing his hands too.
Looking at the dream dictionary, it says..
http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/i2.htm
To dream that you are being injected for medical reasons, indicates that you need to develop yourself on a mental and spiritual level. You are looking for an emotional uplift or need some time to heal. Alternatively, the dream may be a metaphor that you need to "inject" more energy into your walking life.
To dream that someone is forcibly injecting you, represents your negative attitudes about a particular situation/person. It also indicates the influence of peer pressure working against you. You are recognizing that someone is forcing their negative and unwelcome views/values on you.
COMMENTS: I very much agree on the interpretation. Yes, I feel it intensely especially over there.
Bones
To see bones in your dream, suggests the discovery of your personal, family, or cultural secrets. It is also symbolic of your underlying strengths that you have not yet recognized. Consider the symbolism of getting to the "bare bones" or the significance of "having a bone to pick with someone."
To dream of broken bones, signifies that you have discovered or realized that there is a weakness in your plans or in your thinking. Your dream may call for your immediate attention to a particular situation or relationship.
Comments: hmmm it wasn't broken bones. Underlying strengths that I have not yet recognised? Maybe. Not very confident of what I need to do.
