went to school early to accompany LSM during her 4 hour long break and spent the time having lunch together and study at the food court. This is a nice place to study. Ooo I like the Japanese food and it is cheap !! haha
I must have said this many times..it is so depressing going to wednesday's lecture.
Every time I attend this lecture, the way the lecturer talks makes my mind closed up involuntarily. So i spent my time whispering to Misha and LSM and doing other work. haha
Haha i forgot whether DWS was there..
I totally forgot about the assignment!! And i only have 1 and a half day to do...oh no..where got the time?

Studying ALA...aii i don't think i can finish doing notes for my ALA chapters in time for me to do my assignment.
If you recieved an email saying that ericison sending free laptops or something, please don't believe that. I read online that it is a hoax that has been circulating for years. I wonder why we are seeign this as a trend now in sg. Are we really recieving outdated information here? haha
In the first place, the laptop model is in fact a handphone and not only that, it has stopped producing that model.
Secondly, the other company has never given free laptops so it is fake that ericison is following the other company to give free laptops.
Aiya, make me happy for nothing. I thought it will be useful to me in a few months time.
So be careful, don't get tricked!

The lecture theatre is so empty.
I noticed something!! Our lecturer looks like the KFC uncle!! haha
LSM asked me a question in Mandarin but i didn't get the right answer. It is a very silly answer.
Question:
A spider is spinning a web and then it suddenly fell. It grabbed hold of the web with only 7 legs. Why?
So I translated this into English to Misha.
But i said wheels instead of web!!
I only realised it a few seconds later.
Misha said...since when do spiders spin wheels?
haha I kept laughing until Misha noticed my ears turning red when I laughed.
All i wanna do at that time was to walk out of the lecture theatre to laugh my fill and go back again. haha

Slept at 12.30am cos i wanna carrying on studying and didn't know the time went by so fast..
i wake up at 7am for school..didn't know i was a few minutes late for class..
was so sleepy during the lesson...*groggy*
misha was later than me..which was kind of unusual...
First reason: the bus she was in broke down..
Second reason: one of her slippers broke so she had to walk very slowly.
I told her that this is her version of Friday the 13th.
During the break, we were sharing our experience about spoilt shoes and it was hilarious. I think my stories are more hilarious among the group..haha i have a major share of shoe problems. aiiii...
her mum waiting at the bus stop to fetch her after the lesson.
She insisted taking the stairs and i suggested to her to walk barefoot down the stairs since not many people use the stairs there.
Imagination taking over...
then when there are people around, just throw the shoe down the stairs and pretend she dropped her shoe haha..
but my friend said if a person is nice enough to pick up the sandal ..he/ she will definitely know that it is spoilt.
Wahahaha
LSM accompanied me for lunch and we studied there
i felt like i wanna collapse...i looked so dead...like a walking zombie..
then we headed back to school
oh man..i feel so disappointed with certain kind of people these days...people with no responsibility....or sense of guilt that they are holding on to other people notes without having the intention to return that asap....goshhh
anyway the macro lecturer was amusing today
Question: If you are a manager in factory (not owning the factory), where will you place the only photocopier machine?
A few years ago, his student replied- "put near CEO office."
Th electurer said: "Smart ah....u take care of CEO and CEO take care of u....u will go ahead in the career in that office..haha"
Heard that someone is selling macro lecture notes online and the lecturer is very unhappy and wants to find out the culprit.
Remember: don't share with the examiners..share with your friends.
In one particular year, someone showed the examiner the notes and only 10% of the syllabus was tested and the rest was outside the syllabus.
Don't study last minute!
Macro lecturer: If you are doing last minute studying and keep panicking you keep asking me how? i 'how' for you... i.e. cry for you in hokkien.

I don't like to attend lessons taught by this lecturer..just makes me feel so depressed and dead.
Not many people showed up today..less than 50%.
DWS was studying with her friend earlier and forgot to come to clas.
So only the 3 of us were in the lecture.
Misha told us about the loan sharks throwing paint at the wrong household..and they called up the phone number written on the wall..and a few hours later..paint was finally thrown at the right house unit but the people who incurred the debts have moved house somewhere else.

I thought i was early to reach school according to my watch. But i didn't know my watch was 15 minutes slower!!
Luckily, at that time I was using msn in the library computer and my friend who i was chatting was wondering why i wasn't in the lecture theatre now.
And that's when i know i am late!! I walked briskly all the way to the lecture theatre..ooo made it in time!
All of a sudden, my micro lecturer was snapping photographs for memories.
He told us to do lots of papers....okok...i will do that later...need to tackle my basics first..haha

Happy Valentines' day!!
And usually, people spend the day going out and have a good time.
To me..it is just a normal day at home for some reasons.
I wanna go out de..but i looked ahead and realised i shouldn't be going out.
I have lotsa things to do.
And i spent the whole day turning my whole room upside down to search for my certificates and important documents.
Sigh..i still couldn't find all of the important documents.

Have the mood to study economics..so concentrated on studying Macro since it is the first subject to be tested.
Close to evening..i was so tired so i was resting in my bed..and just fell asleep...aii
My bro used the hp siren to wake me up...=____= i hate that kind of high frequency sound..
afterwards...i continued on studying while listening to news on tv....till 12.30am.
Have to wake up early to school so stopped studying early.

none of my friends can pei me for the long wait for macro lecture...aiii..so i spent my time in the computer room...watching youtube while doing my work...haha who will laugh when they are studying? haha couldn't control my laughing..was watching hana kimi in my blog...the school computer can't watch youtube in its website so resort to pasting the embedded links in my blog.
huhu..i didn't eat lunch today...
btw i have good news....^_^...so happy..i feel a strong positive energy coming from within!!! Please grant me access to my haven!!!
SF asked me about teaching primary school kids..hmm i don't have experience in teaching primary school kids, but i do experience teaching even younger kids. I am glad i am of some help about suggesting some ideas to keep the kids occupied.
I did a ridiculous thing.
I wanted to use the computer so i wanted to ask my father about whether this computer has internet access.
But what came out from my mouth wasn't this at all....
I asked him: " is there any computer here?" (while pointing at the computer screen).
My father didn't respond but he kept staring at the computer.
I thought he didn't hear my question, so i repeated the same question..and after a few minutes, i realised my question didn't even make any sense...Goshhh.....i am back to the absentminded state.

Didn't feel like going to school early so didn't pei LSM in the morning...
Was doing ALA assignment at home..unfortunately my progress is slow.
In school, i saw ZY and talked to her and i recieved shocking news!! Really shocking! But I will keep it a secret bah..i don't think it is appropriate to go around telling people this. Let's keep it within this group bah.
I feel so sleepy during the lesson...
(Mis___) was saying that: she knows i am coming in the classroom even without her turning her head around to see..

Cos she said the sound of me walking is unique....like the sound of a kid walking..=___=

The first day of CNY...
Happy? Hmmm...no, i dread CNY since young.
I don't like the atmosphere...too formal. I prefer an informal gathering.
I don't like wasting my time away like that...and schools love to give homework during CNY so that makes me dislike CNY in the sense that i want to spend that time to do homework, instead of visiting. The issue of homework keeps nudging me so i wont be able to relax.
And I don't really like to recieve angbaos...(am i the only one in the world who thinks that way?)...i feel uneasy receiving money haha....

haha...the idea of opportunity costs just came into my mind..haha what a great idea to describe what i am thinking during cny visits...haha
For those who didn't study economics..
Opportunity costs refer to The cost of passing up the next best choice when making a decision.
The true cost of something is what you give up to get it.
This includes not only the money spent in buying (or doing) the something, but also the economic benefits (UTILITY) that you did without because you bought (or did) that particular something and thus can no longer buy (or do) something else.
For example, the opportunity cost of choosing to train as a lawyer is not merely the tuition fees, PRICE of books, and so on, but also the fact that you are no longer able to spend your time holding down a salaried job or developing your skills as a footballer.
These lost opportunities may represent a significant loss of utility.
Going for a walk may appear to cost nothing, until you consider the opportunity forgone to use that time earning money.

In my context....my opportunity costs refer to (what i would rather do if i didn't spend my time visiting people during CNY) such as studying.
In the morning, went to my maternal grandparents' house for lunch. haha and i much prefer the atmosphere here. haha
I let my youngest cousin play my psp and then he wanted to talk to me in my grandparents' room. So he closed the door and said that he wanted to show me something.
He started to pour talcum powder on his palm and blew for a few times.
Then he put it on his hair...so I commented that he looks like grandpa...and he immediately started to shake out the talcum powder on his hair
I told him to bathe later after he has finished playing with that
and he asked me to help him bathe..i thought he is independent enough to do that on his own
haha he started giggling..
Next, he suggested to play hide and seek...
during the first time, he told me that ah ma's wardrobe (he called it gate) has nothing in it so dun bother opening it but i knew he is going to hide there...wahaha
after finished my counting..i purposely take my own sweet time to find him and pretended that i am surprised he is hiding in ah ma's wardrobe..wahaha
then he keep telling me to hide....and i said i am too big to hide anyway...and he showed me potential places of hiding..haha
so i decided to hide behind the main door..but one of the cousins told him loh..
he kept asking me to hide and said that i have to hide 3 times before his turn.
When it was his turn to hide,my aunts kept laughing. But i couldn't get the hint.
My favourite aunt said look at ah gong...hmm...i don't know what is that suppose to mean.
Aiya!! he was hiding under the sofa!!haha
quite fun loh...i missed playing hide and seek at my grandparents' place..
after my exams..i am thinking of playing hide and seek with my little cousin again.
We went back home to get ready to go to my paternal grandmother's house in the late afternoon
My parents were busy preparing food for my paternal side at home.
After visiting my paternal grandmother's place, the whole family went to my aunt's house.and that's when the accident happen..
My mother was setting up the table for the dinner..and when she walked out of the kitchen...she skidded because of the puddle of oil and water on the floor......and luckily stopped just before reaching the table leg.
i was near the table and i didn't know how to react...all i saw was my mother suddenly became shorter,...that's when i realized that something was very wrong with my mother..and i quickly pulled her up...
At that time..my father was standing at the table eating...
and when he knew about it...all he did was scowling at my mother while eating!! as though it was her fault for falling......where's the concern?
that made me so unhappy..
And some aunt didn't even care when she knew it...

My plan as i have told my mother earlier is to stay at home and catching up with my studying....
But my father was in a bad mood since day 1..for unknown or perhaps ridiculous reasons. So I may have to go.
My mum told me that we have to go to her extended family's house for a visit....
So she asked me to bring the Street Directory book to her so she could take a look.
All I did was to stand at the shelves and keep searching for it.
My father came in and asked-what are you searching for?
Next thing I know, he was shouting at my mother.
Sigh...the atmosphere was so negative that i just keep quiet during the journey..
The rest of my relatives were waiting at the carpark.
It saddens me to see how being senile is a really sad thing to happen to anyone. My grandmother's elder brother's wife is senile and she kept wondering where her husband was. But in actual fact, her husband has passed away recently and she doesn't remember at all. Every now and then, she will ask the same question- where is her husband?
I came back home to study...struggling to study despite of getting very sleepy..and i didn't know the rest of my family were sleeping until my bro came in and told me that....locked the door and went to sleep
meanwhile hoping won't get to go visit again...
i want to study!!
and my papa's hp rang..which disturb everyone from their sleep...
yea my parents went without us...
i feel so relieved and my bro and me enjoyed steamboat for dinner..

The first day of school after CNY holidays..
My 2 friends promised to go to MAS talk with me but they didn't show up at all.
Later I was told that DWS lost her phone so she had to go to the police station to pick up her hp.
And LSM was sad over yjc's mummy cat's death.
MAS talk is interesting and helpful to know about singapore's monetary policy, essentially exchange rate policy.
The economics week opening was grand, they hired the lion dance troupe and i recorded the whole performance..haha the lions kept throwing oranges and lettuce at the vips..and accidentally hit them in their faces haha.

STUDYING
Last Saturday, when S told me about it, i felt it was a very close call.
What if it was me with S on that day....frankly speaking, i don't know how to react.
Whenever i see S's friend, I actually froze.
Will we really see each other on the streets? Most probably not.
I realised anything about 'yester' only gives me a perplexed feeling...like i couldn't figure out the probability of anything. Is it possible or not? I can't gauge/judge. Yester is especially difficult to judge.
