Boss called me in the middle of my morning lecture...so disruptive
and said in a very nice tone about something that she needs to discuss with me
so she planned to call me again at night.
heez...I dun like to pick up her phone call, i worried i will be tricked again.
Later in the night, chatted on the phone with MM...all of a sudden, feel like talking to someone....^_^

early in the morning, received a sms saying that she has not enough teachers so need me to help out for 2 weeks....
i called up senior teacher to inform her i couldn't
so hopefully, boss won't bother me again.

Today's lecture is very interesting with my lecturer's acting.
Learning about 'lemons' and 'plums'..these 2 terms came from 2nd hand car American company many years ago. 'Lemons' refer to cars with poor quality and 'Plums' refer to cars with good quality.
My lecturer is from England so he talked about his first time in Singapore, as an example linking to our topic of today-Asymmetric information.
He acted out different roles of the people he encountered during the first few days in Singapore..his acting is so so good...very amusing too.
In England, he bought a car that is of plum quality but due to his decision of moving to Singapore, he had to sell it. But he is not willing to sell it a very low price since it is a very good and new car He asked his sister to help him sell the car. So for a very long period of time, no one is willing to buy the car because if it is such a good car, why is the car owner selling it in such a short time, something must be wrong. Finally, one buyer showed up but wanted the car for an extremely low price. The sister explained to the buyer the reason why the car has to be sold..and he replied "yah and my dog speaks spanish."
hahaha....amusing response....
Back at home, the mosquito bite on my foot hurts so badly and my foot became bloated. I told my parents about it and they suggested to drop the burning candle wax on my foot.
ahh i so regretted telling my parents about it...
They kept insisted that it won't hurt, my father suggested me to play psp games at the same time so i will get distracted. Since the psp is too far away from me at that point in time, i switched on the television.
and ya right...i shouted out when the burning wax touched my skin....ahhh!!!
My family came to watch the commotion and they found it very funny..=_=, not funny in my point of view...
i didn't dare to look down at my foot the entire night.

Surprisingly, i am still going to do some work on a friday night
usually, i will be too tired to do that...
perhaps my motivation make me forget my tiredness and continue to press on
